Balinaisa launches an AI tool that turns a photo of a room into a costed interior plan

Photograph your living room, your terrace or your restaurant floor. One minute later, Balinaisa.ai sends back an image of your space refurnished, together with a quote for the furniture in it, priced on the 97 real references in the company catalogue. Free, no account needed, at balinaisa.ai.

A dining room, under exposed beams. An Adika table, six Lisa chairs, a Cocon 3 sideboard, a Cocon 1 bookcase and a Mentari mirror. Raw rendering, no retouching. The roof structure, the beams, the skylight and the floor are untouched: the tool does not redraw the building.Click an image to download it at full resolution.

Photo, plan, quote

One photo, a budget if you have one, an email address. Within a minute the rendering and the quote arrive, in the same framing and from the same angle as the original photo.

The pricing is not a per-category estimate: every piece of furniture shown is a reference from the Balinaisa catalogue, at its real price before tax. 97 references, 17 families, from the garden armchair to the pendant light. Two proposals arrive, the complete scene as it appears in the image and the selection that fits the stated budget, with the gap between them. The quote is an estimate.

The quote, line by line

The quote received by email for this simulation
The quote received by email, for the image above. Five catalogue references, their quantity, their category, their price including tax and the total. Nothing is rounded or invented: every line is a product that exists, at the price it sells for. Whatever the tool adds to dress the scene, rugs, plants and objects, is flagged to the customer and is not charged.

The technology, and what happens to your photos

An automation pipeline built for Balinaisa with Paktiz, its technical partner, running on latest-generation models. The difference is made by the catalogue: for each selected product the image generator receives the reference photo of the piece and its description, which forces it to reproduce furniture that exists instead of inventing some.

The photo you upload and the rendering are used only to produce the simulation and follow up on the project. They are never passed on to third parties, they are deleted automatically after 36 months, and the simulator uses no advertising cookie and no cross-site tracker. Full policy at balinaisa.ai/privacy-policy.html, deletion on request from contact@balinaisa.com.

A covered terrace. The brief was one sentence: « this terrace with a big rectangular table, armchairs and a garden lounge set ». A Senjara table on a spider base, cushioned dining armchairs, a lounge set at the back. Dominique Raynal's eye

Dominique Raynal designs teak furniture and has it made between France and Indonesia. It is his knowledge of the material, and his way of placing a piece within a volume, that the tool applies at every simulation.

Dominique Raynal, founder of Balinaisa
« I wanted to pair my expertise with Artificial Intelligence, to offer a more immediate, visual and personal way of imagining a space. I shaped Balinaisa.ai as an extension of my craft. Today it composes for you, in your own home, as if I were pushing your door open beside you. » Dominique Raynal, chief executive of Balinaisa

For private clients and professionals alike

Rethinking a room or an outdoor space at home. Or, for an interior architect, a decorator, a landscape designer, a hotelier or a restaurateur, letting a client see a project before committing to it.

A professional use, place Royale in Nantes. The brief: « I want to redo my cafe terrace with 10 tables and 20 chairs ». Round tables on fluted bases and teak chairs with woven seats replace the black metal furniture, under the same parasols and in front of the same facade.Click an image to download it at full resolution.
